The following rules apply to role plays.
1) No god-moding - do not take over another member's character without asking.
2) No Powerplaying - do not kill off or write an action for another person's character unless you have permission.
3) No Mary Sue or Gary Stu characters... everyone have a weakness or a fault of some kind, even superheroes/villains.
3) Keep swearing to an absolute minimum
4) No one-liners --- sometimes these can be very difficult to make a reply to. Please try to give at least two sentences with something that the other character(s) can reply to.
5) Remember, if you want to say something to your partner, use some form of OOC "Out Of Character".... it could be words; "OOC//:" or brackets; "[[ ]]", "( )" ... just make it obvious that it's not part of your role play.
7) You cannot start an "Open" RP.... you must have a partner for any RPS before they are created.... Otherwise several people could try and join your "Open" RP and you'd only be allowed to choose ONE person.... and someone could get upset.
8) All roleplayers must write in third person narrative. This means using "He", "She" , not "I" "My", and also in the past tense.
9) Do not post any mature content on the boards (take it to e-mail if you must)
