Yes, the C-Box is back.
Please be aware though that it is an ad supported software and may generate pop-ups on your browser.
It happened to me on a different forum, but only on one where the c-box has been used (Some forums use a shoutbox or tag-world)
So, if you do get pop-ups please tell the admin and the c-box will be removed and an alternative chat area will be found.
